Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the UAE and to Pakistan. We are working on expanding to more countries soon.

How long does delivery take?

Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. International orders may take 7–15 business days depending on the destination.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions  follow us on social media to stay updated!

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package in real time.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending any return.

How do I request a refund?

Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

We're sorry to hear that! Please send us a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible UAE orders.

Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your information at all times.

📦 Orders

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible.

I haven't received my order confirmation email — what should I do?

Please check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, contact us and we'll resend the confirmation.
